The hardest special candy to create here is the color bomb. It requires a perfect two-by-five board space, which is rare in this level considering the amount of blockers and candy colors. Open up the board by destroying the magic mixers and chipping off layers of icing. Combine a color bomb you need to create with a striped candy to fulfil the striped candy order. Take whatever opportunity to create wrapped candy when it arises.
This level has three of the most hated blockers in the entire game: The five-layered icing are built up on the sides and bottom of the board, restricting the board space. The magic mixer produces marmalade around it, filling up the gaps of the board with even more blockers. The chocolate spawners produce even more chocolate to block you from creating the special candies you need. The absence of one color makes the level a bit more easier, but not necessarily.
