1Your first goal in level 199 should be to eliminate all the chocolate on the top half. In order to do that, you’re going to have to create vertical striped candies. Make vertical stripped candies and make it hit the wrapped candies twice up top, so they are out of marmalade, that will set them off.
2Clear the top completely, and begin working up there. After you have cleared all the chocolates, getting sprinkle candies and stripped candies are easier to make. Stay focused with your top moves. If you get sprinkled/stripped candies, you will easily clear out the rest of the bottom and whatever is left on the top. Wrapped on wrapped combos are very effective in that they will clear locks of jelly faster.
3For some extra help in clearing the top half of the bord, try and form special scandy combos at the bottom of the board. A striped candy plus another striped candy will strech vertically and horizontally. This way you clear out area at the top and the bottom.
