To beat this level, you must crush 29 double jelly squares in 45 moves or fewer. You have 5 candy colors and 65 available spaces. You can get a maximum of 180,000 points.
Strategy: The challenge comes from the hard to reach jellies in the middle column. The good news is that you have bags of time with 45 moves to plan your attack, get stuff lined up on the conveyor belt and/or line up special candies. Useful ways to get the middle column is by combining a color bomb and a striped candy (wait until there are candies in the middle column of the same color as the striped one, hoping the combination will create vertical striped candies there that will wipe out the jellies) or by setting up a vertical striped candy to be activated as soon as it is in the middle column. The outer jellies will more or less resolve themselves while you work on that middle column. If you have the odd one or two left after clearing the middle column, you should still have time to close out. You need to keep an eye on the 16 move candy bombs, but 16 moves is plenty of time to deal with those unless you are lax with them.
The jelly squares on the middle column are hard to clear. Liquorice swirls and 16-move candy bombs spawn from the candy cannons. The jellies are worth 58,000 points, which is equal to the one star target score.
