Try to remove some blockers and use color bomb to remove candy bombs on the board. You will win this level instantly if you combine color bomb + color bomb two times. If you get a color bomb early on and clear blue or green candies, while all other bombs are still in the side bars, you will also win because when one color is deleted, the other color falls together and also disappear. Combine color bomb + striped candy to clear the remaining jellies.
