There was an icon bug that resembles level 1484. Upon the release of Lullaby Lake, it was updated or corrected. Upon release on mobile, this level was swapped with 1484. As of v1.69, level 1484 has been corrected, but not this level. Therefore, it is the only level that is not on the mobile version.

I only have 21 moves instead of 40. Why does this happen so frequently
