Another way is to leave the four-layered icing, but you will have less room to make your color bombs. It is still possible that you can make your color bombs and complete it without breaking one of the four-layered icing.
Liquorice swirls add to the difficulty of making color bombs. It takes a lot of moves to remove the four-layered icing, and when the player manages to destroy the icing, chocolate spawners will start producing chocolate, which may be a problem if the chocolate is ignored. The rows of icing and swirls limits the playing field at the beginning. The order is worth 2,000 points. Hence, an additional 8,000 points is required to earn one star.

1Firstly, you re going to want to destroy all the meringue blocking your way to a larger board. A larger board means more opportunities to create the needed color bombs. Do this my making moves next to a meringue blocker. You could also save some moves by only clearing out 5 rows and 5 columns, but clearing out the entire row of meringue will make this level much easier.
2A solid way to stop the the troublesome regenerating chocolate pieces is to block the chocolate fountains at the bottom of the board. To do this you must the licorice swirl blockers to a spot in front of a chocolate fountain. Doing this will slow down the chocolates from coming back, making things easier to create color bombs. If you can somehow block all the fountains, all the chocolates will cease regeneration.
3The most important objective in this level is to create color bombs. This means you should always keep your eyes open. Form a strategy from the start and try not to rush your moves.
