Use the teleporters reasonably to bring ingredients down. Remove icing to clear the jellies in the main board. Create many special candies and if possible, combine them to clear the isolated jellies. In particular, try to make a color bomb + wrapped candy combination to rapidly clear the isolated jellies, provided that candies of the same color of the wrapped candy appear at least once in each corner. In the case of the example board, the color of the wrapped candy should be purple.
