The ingredients are not easily reachable as they are somewhat isolated from that main board. You have to clear icing that is separated from the main board in order to bring down the ingredients, and the icing layers are pretty thick, too. Also, these icings restrict flow until removed. You also have to clear some thick-ish icing at the top that will also restrict flow until removed. You are only given 30 moves to bring down 6 ingredients that are hard to reach. You are given a striped candy at the bottom to assist you with removing the bottom icing, but it is trapped in a liquorice lock. The ingredients are worth 60,000 points, which is equal to the one star target score.
