Try to remove all icing first, make vertical striped candy at the fifth column, put all ingredients at the fifth column, and then activate striped candy to bring all of them down.
There is only one column you can bring the ingredients down in, so you have to be extremely precise. There are a couple of hard-to-reach three layered icing squares in the column, which can be really hard to clear. The two-layered icing may hinder your progress as well. You only have 18 moves to break the hard-to-reach icing and bring down the ingredients. The ingredients do start rather low on the board, so you don’t have to worry about bringing them down from the top. The ingredients are worth 20,000 points, which is equal to the one star target score.
