If you could make two color bomb + color bomb combinations, that would destroy all the icing and cakes but it would still be tough with the limited space. After all the blockers are gone, focus on making powerful combinations, i.e. color bomb + striped or wrapped.
This level is basically an updated version of 1st version of level 751. 5 more moves probably will not make much difference when every icing has more layers that said level. It will most likely be extremely hard. The orders are worth 60,000 points, Hence, an additional 4,000 points is required to earn one star.
