Strategy: Your first priority is breaking one of the one-layer icing at the top to allow candies to flow, preferably one of the middle lanes. This level is fairly simple, and combining the color bomb with a striped candy will almost guarantee victory, though even without this combination it is an easy level. If an ingredient appears on the column which has no candies below the empty sachet, try to combine the color bomb with striped candy to get it out, although a correctly-positioned vertical striped candy works just as well.
The only difficulty could be the one-layered icing blocking the entrance of ingredients, but even that can easily be removed. Vertically striped candies cannot be made on the sides. This makes it hard to clear the icing on the sides, making it hard for the ingredients to fall down. The ingredients are worth 40,000 points, which is equal to the one star target score.

1Level 442 is fairly easy compared to other high level stages. All you have to do to win is clear the meringues from the top of the level. They can be difficult to to get to because they block reinforcements. Try to break through one with an ingredient behind it first.
2Striped candies are a great way to break through the meringue and win the level. If possible combine one with a color bomb to win almost outright. Otherwise try to blast open the meringues with ingredients behind them first. You only need one hole to the top to win.
3You do not need too many points to beat level 442. Focus on getting the ingredients to the bottom and you should be fine. Mix the color bomb with a special candy if you can, but otherwise you can just use it to make room for the ingredients.
